Latar Belakang

PT. Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) bergerak dalam bidang industri pembangkitan, pemasaran, dan pendistribusian tenaga listrik, serta keagenan. Pembangkitnya berlokasi di Cikarang, Bekasi. Perusahaan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada bulan November 1993. saat ini perseroan mengelola tiga pembangkit dengan total kapasitas terpasang sebesar 1.144 MW, yakni: 1) Pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas dan uap di Kawasan Industri Jababeka – berkapasitas 755 MW. 2) Pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas di Kota Industri MM-2100 – berkapasitas 109 MW. 3) Pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar batubara di Babelan – berkapasitas 280 MW. Perseroan juga menyediakan infrastruktur listrik serta mengoperasikan jalur transmisi bertegangan 150kV yang menghubungkan ketiga pembangkit listrik milik Perseroan dan memasok listrik ke PLN, dan jaringan distribusi 20kV untuk memasok listrik kepada pelanggan industri di lima (5) kawasan industri yang dilayani oleh Perseroan serta mulai mengembangkan potensi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya.
