The company was formerly known as PT ICTSI Jasa Prima Tbk and changed its name to PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk in April 2024. The company was incorporated in 1978 and is based in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. PT Meratus Jasa Prima Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Saranakelola Investa.
