Further, its services include Jascloud, including business VoIP solutions, IVRs, and sip trunks; Jasgrid, such as command center, in building solutions, cyber security, and security; Jasmeet, a video and web conference solution; Whatsapp Business API, a messaging platform; TOSchat, a platform for managing, interacting, and engaging with customers through communication channels; smart city solutions consisting of smart lighting and CCTV surveillance; emergency call services; contact center services; and omnichannel services. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
