It also engages in issuing of acknowledgement; purchasing, selling, and guaranteeing of bill of exchange, debt, securities, treasury papers, guarantee letters, and bonds; payment of securities; factoring, credit card, and trustee activities; and capital investment activity, such as leasing, joint venture, securities, insurance, clearing settlement, and deposit agency; as well as provides money transfer; and funding placement services. The company was formerly known as PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk and changed its name to PT Bank Neo Commerce in September 2020. PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
