The company was formerly known as PT Asia Antrasit and changed its name to PT Harum Energy Tbk in November 2007. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia. PT Harum Energy Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Karunia Bara Perkasa.
