The company was formerly known as PT Cahaya Kalbar Tbk. and changed its name to PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk. in May 2013. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia. PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk. is a subsidiary of PT Sentratama Niaga Indonesia.
